Lauren
Frye completed her B.S. in psychology and her M.A. in clinical psychology at Western Michigan University.
She is interested in mindfulness-based interventions for the treatment of anxiety, depression, and suicidality in college
students. Her thesis study examines the efficacy of supplementing exposure therapy for PTSD with components of Dialectical
Behavior Therapy. Lauren also works as a graduate research assistant for WMU’s Suicide Prevention Program.

Christina
Sheerin completed her B.S. in psychology at Allegheny College and her master’s degree in clinical psychology
at Western Michigan University. She is interested in mechanism of action research, investigating the physiological
and neurobiological basis of anxiety disorders and their treatment, with a related interest in translational research.
Christina is currently completing her thesis study on an adjunctive medication treatment, d-cycloserine, and its facilitating
effects on exposure therapy for anxiety disorders.

Satoshi
Ozeki completed his undergraduate studies at Meikai University in Urayasu, Japan and began his graduate studies at
West Texas A&M University. He is interested in novel treatments for mood and anxiety disorders and cross-cultural applications
of empirically supported interventions. Satoshi is currently examining the cross-cultural efficacy of a computer-based treatment
for major depression.

Anthony
Bonita completed his bachelor’s degree in psychology at Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland and his master’s
degree in clinical psychology at Western Michigan University. He is interested in the relation between
affective disorders and sexual behavior. Anthony is currently completing his dissertation on the effect
of a computer-based intervention for depression on concurrent change in sexual desire.

Andrew Hale began his studies in Clinical Psychology in the Ph.D. program at WMU in Fall 2011. Andrew's interests
include treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders and investigation of telehealth applications of evidence based interventions.
In addition to his ongoing training in Clinical Psychology Andrew holds BCBA certification in Behavior Analysis.

Cory Stanton completed his BS degree in Psychology at WMU and has been a research assistant in the Anxiety Lab for the
past 4 years. His research and clinical interests include treatment of depression, anxiety, Behavioral Activation Therapy,and
crisis intervention.
